10Web Review

As a seasoned web developer, I’ve seen it all when it comes to WordPress and page builders like Elementor and Divi Builder. But let me tell you, 10Web is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. With just a few clicks, you can have a website generated and hosted automatically, all powered by AI. It’s like having your own personal robot minion at your beck and call!

Of course, I had to put 10Web to the test and see what kind of website it could generate. So, I decided to try and create an anime reviews website. Full disclosure, I used to run an obscure anime reviews blog (don’t judge me) but I took it down due to lack of commitment and returns. But I figured, why not give it another shot with the help of 10Web?

I entered all the necessary information, and let the AI do its thing. For those curious, this is what I entered at every turn.

Business Type:
Blog
Template 1, 2 or 3:

Company Name:
Anime Reviews
Describe your company
A blog which reviews visual media particularly anime for older viewers. Target audience are smart adults who don't want to waste their time on bad anime.
3 main services/features you provide

What I got back was quite good. The website sounded like it was run by an older anime connoisseur who spent his days watching anime and reviewing them. The tone was a little pretentious, but it was what I intended.

In all honesty, the number of templates (just 3) to choose from was limited and the generator didn’t actually generate anime pictures which left me a bit disappointed. On the flip side, I’d say 10Web going with Elementor as the page builder of choice was the right call.

The best part? 10Web doesn’t just generate the website for you, the service provides a complete package that includes SEO tools, image optimization, CDN, staging environments, timely backups, and more.

For 20 USD a month (and 10 USD a month if you take it for a whole year), you can have everything you need to build and manage your website without needing to hire a web developer like me (which, by the way, is a bit scary for my job security, but let’s not talk about that). Plus, if you already have an existing WordPress website, you can export it to 10Web and host it there. As far as hosting options go, 10Web also offers woo-commerce hosting and BuddyBoss hosting, in addition to Google cloud hosting which was used for the generated site.

And if you thought that was all they did, then you’d be wrong because they even offer an AI assistant plugin within WordPress that can help you write content and solve SEO issues, supported by both the classic editor AND the Gutenberg editor.

To sum my thoughts about 10Web:

Positives

  • It is a decent wordpress website generator that can get you something running in no time.
  • It has everything you’ll ever need to fully manage the website without extra hassle making it an attractive option for the less technologically savvy.
  • The additional features like the AI Assistant (which helps you write content) and the 10Web Booster (which helps boost your website speed).

Negatives

  • The amount of AI input felt a bit limited so I couldn’t properly fine-tune the website exactly to my needs, but I’m sure this is something that will get better with advancements in the field of AI.
  • For web developers like me, I would like to see more customization options (choice of popular plugins without having to install them myself as an example) for it to become part of my web development arsenal.

To be fair, it’s still a bit early to say how good ai-powered website generators can get because only the future will know its limits, but it is a decent start by 10Web who I consider to be a true pioneer in the field.  So, go ahead and give 10Web a try. It’s absolutely free for the first 7 days of the trial. Use the link below to get started.
